The site sits just 5 minute walk from the village high street with access onto the main through road. An outline content for 81 dwellings (14/00443/MAO) was approved for the site, on the opposite side of Roxton Road.

Proposals

Great Barford Area has been allocated 500 homes by Bedford borough Council. The Parish are underway with creating a neighbourhood plan to appropriately identify sites to accommodate these homes. LSL are working with the Neighbourhood Plan group to provide any relevant information that they require to help distinguish the best sites for development in the village.
