We believe that by promoting land for residential and commercial development we are part of the solution to the national shortage that exists. We regard our business as having a positive impact to this problem. But we recognise that development of any kind can be perceived to have negative impacts on the environment and on the settlements in which new houses are built. We actively seek to find ways to minimise, mitigate or eliminate this impact.
