Lone Star are delighted to successfully exchange contracts at Church Farm, Woodcote.
The land is a 1.48ha site, which lies within the administrative boundary of South Oxfordshire District Council.
The site has been allocated in the recently adopted Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan for 30 dwellings and a community car park.
Lone Star will now begin preparing an Outline Planning Application, which will be ready for submission shortly.
