His strong track record includes the identification, securing and delivery of several large scale residential and mixed-use development schemes.
This has included multiple land assembly and overcoming complex technical issues in order to bring projects to fruition.
Richard’s philosophy is to adopt a ‘win-win’ approach with landowners and developers to unlock and deliver opportunities.

Senior Land ManagerJack first joined Lone Star in 2017 as a placement year student from the Nottingham Trent University. With a family involved in housing development, Jack demonstrated a good knowledge base and a willingness to learn. We was so impressed during the placement year that Lone Star sponsored his final year where he studied a BSc (Hons) in Property Finance & Investment. Jack duly responded and graduated with a First Class Honours Degree and has joined Lone Star as our new Land Manager. His skills will help support the team and assist in growing the site portfolio.

ConsultantFounder of Lone Star Land, Andy has amassed a wealth of experience and expertise working within the housebuilding sector. Under Andy’s guidance and leadership Lone Star has grown consistently, with quality not quantity being the main emphasis of site selection. This has allowed the business to remain private and independently funded with a ‘hands on’ approach adopted therefore Andy can enjoy the job of land promotion rather than just running the business side of things. In the last three years consents have been achieved for over 1000 dwellings, care home, employment and retail development.
