Lone Star are delighted to announce that our application for 22 dwellings at Offenham Road, Evesham was unanimously approved at committee on the 9th December. The site was identified within the SWDP as a ‘Residential Allocation’ policy reference SWDP50/6.

The site extends to an area of approximately 1Ha and is bounded on all sides by existing residential development. The application compromised 13 market dwellings and nine affordable dwellings. It is intended that 25% of the affordable homes will be First Homes in line with the government policy.

The development proposals will seek to create and provide a high-quality design that will enhance and improve upon the existing mix of housing types within both the immediate locality and the wider area.
