Residential Pre Application

LSL are promoting this 28 acres site on the western edge of Islam. The site sits within the proposed Isham bypass and adjacent to the Isham recreation ground. Development of the site could facilitate a much needed vehicular access to this isolated recreation ground.

Proposals

LSL are proposing to work with Isham Parish council in working up their Neighbourhood plan in order to create a housing scheme that both meets the housing requirements and other needs of the parish.
